One Stop Development Agency, Westlands
This commercial interior design project serves as a definitive showcase for the One Stop Development Agency model. Pro-Concept Studio was commissioned to manage the entire spatial lifecycle of this industrial suite—transforming a bare, concrete shell into a sophisticated executive environment.
Utilizing a high-contrast palette of matte blacks, glass transparency, and warm wood accents, we prioritized Spatial Intelligence to define collaborative zones without sacrificing the open-plan flow.
The BG Energy Headquarters
Pro-Concept Studio was commissioned by BG Energy Kenya to deliver a flagship turnkey environment that reflects their status in the energy sector. This project is a definitive showcase of our One Stop Development model—taking a complex commercial footprint from architectural shell to a high-fidelity workspace.
The design language centers on “Layered Intelligence,” utilizing custom-engineered ceiling features, integrated glass partitions, and bespoke joinery to hold the spatial narrative together.
